Storyline Lesson with Camtasia Video

Problem:
Many local residents who visited the public library were not using its full range of resources. Although they expected to access services by simply visiting a branch, most services require a library card. A library card allows the library to track membership and gives users access to online materials, the ability to check out items such as tools, and registration for in-person classes.

Solution:
I developed targeted e-learning resources to help residents understand the benefits of a library card. A short video explains which documents are required and encourages residents to bring them when visiting a branch. As a result, more residents sign up for library cards and gain access to a wider range of free resources.
